Raspberry Leaves (Rubus Idaeus) have been used traditionally in teas and poultices to treat several ailments from the common cold. It has anti-inflammatory properties as well as diuretic properties.
It is said to help with diarrhea. It contains large amounts of Vitamin A, C, and Potassium. Raspberry leaves are found in a common tea called Red Rose and it makes up for 85% of their mix. Our raspberry leaves are collected at peak time which is just before the fruit starts to ripen. Our raspberry leaves are dried in the dark and sold in powdered for smoothies or crushed for teas.
